Our Radio Show

Radio shows are on the first Thursday of every month, 12:30 p.m. - 1:00 p.m. WFTR 1450 AM, WZRV 95.3 FM. Our new host is Eka Kapiotis. If you’d like to be on the show or have an idea for a speaker‚ contact Eka at 635-7244 or email at ekapiotis@comcast.net.

Eka Kapiotis is New Radio Host. Many of you know Eka as a Reiki practitioner, and master teacher. She is also one of the founding members of the FRWRC and has been active with all of our programs and services during the fifteen years of our existence. That she will now be the voice of the FRWRC which seems perfect. Do tune in on the first Thursday of every month at 12:30 PM and hear Eka interview some of the amazing women that in live in our valley. Monthly Board Meeting

We will be meeting on the second Wednesday of every month. This is a permanent change. All meetings will be held at our office located at 316 N. Royal Avenue‚ Front Royal. Time is 5:30 — 6:30 pm. Meetings are open to everyone.

The next meeting is Wednesday, February 13.
The meeting after will be on Wednesday, March 13.
